Join us as soon as possible at our headquarters in Idstein as a Vice President of IT (m/f/d).
The story begins
- Strategy & Leadership: Development and implementation of a forward-looking IT strategy in close coordination with executive management, including oversight of IT governance and the system roadmap.
- Enterprise Systems: Management, integration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, and warehouse management systems to support core business processes.
- Business Intelligence: Establishment and continuous development of analytics and reporting platforms to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Infrastructure & Security: Ensuring a high-performance, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure, along with the development of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies.
- Service & Support: Responsibility for the IT service desk and continuous improvement of ITIL-based support processes.
- Team Leadership: Leading and developing a skilled, globally distributed IT team with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration.
- Budget & Partnerships: Management of the IT budget and oversight of external IT service providers and technology partners.
Your proven path
- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in IT, particularly with SAP systems and IT infrastructure
- Proven experience in managing digitalization projects and system integrations
- Knowledge in leading global IT programs, as well as IT shared services and M&A projects
- In-depth expertise in IT architectures, networks, cloud technologies, and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills combined with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Experience in the outdoor, sports apparel, or consumer goods industry is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
