We are looking for you to join our team in the IT Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a IT Administrator (f/m/d) as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Centralized reception of all user requests via various communication channels
- Prioritization, categorization, and distribution of incoming user requests
- Configuration and provision of IT services
- Documentation of IT services
- Maintenance of operating systems, hardware, and software
- Participation in the planning and implementation of infrastructure and application projects
- Requirements analysis in collaboration with specialist departments
- Ongoing independent training and professional development
What you bring:
- Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of all MS Office applications
- Extensive experience with client operating systems and PC/printer/router hardware
- Strong knowledge of working with ITSM tools
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English and German
- Team player
- Hands-on mentality
- Passion for new technologies
- Strong quality awareness
