From summer 2026, our location will move to Eschborn. Therefore, your future place of work will be Eschborn from that time onward.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and business law topics with a focus on Retail, Brick & Mortar, E‑Commerce, Franchise, and Omnichannel
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts (B2B & B2C)
- Support business cases, store expansion, lease and shop‑in‑shop agreements, as well as various sales models
- Advise on international contract structures, delivery terms, and product requirements
- Further develop General Terms and Conditions (GTC), contract templates, guidelines, and policies
- Deliver training sessions for Retail, E‑Commerce, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Support retail processes (lease agreements, store openings/closures, POS topics, consumer protection)
- Manage and coordinate external law firms
- Supervise legal trainees and working students
What you bring:
- Fully qualified lawyer ( with 2nd State Exam), ideally with a license as in‑house counsel
- LL.M. from abroad is a plus
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in‑house — ideally within Retail, Sports/Outdoor, Fashion, E‑Commerce, or Franchise
- Strong expertise in national and international contract law (B2B/B2C)
- Experience in retail environments (Brick & Mortar, E‑Commerce/Digital, Franchise)
- Additional knowledge in:
- Commercial lease law
- Consumer protection (e.g., Green Claims, ESG)
- Product liability
- Insolvency law
- Unfair competition law (UWG)
- Business‑fluent German and English
- A structured, responsible, and solution‑oriented working style
